Docs feedback: Duplicate links in "Where can I ask for help?

https://docs.gitlab.com/ce/development/testing_guide/end_to_end/#how-do-i-write-tests - under the Where can I ask for help? there are duplicate links as both the GitLab-ce and GitLab-ee link take you to the same issue tracker within Foss.
