Charts within closed collapsible panel are not rendered unless window resizes

Summary

Charts that are inside a closed collapsible panel are not rendered. Once the window resizes, the charts become visible (check attached gif)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Project with autodevops enabled.
  2. Create custom metrics by navigating to Settings > Integrations > Metrics
  3. Navigate to Operations > metrics and scroll all the way down
  4. Notice that the custom metrics is within its own collapsible group and is closed by default.
  5. Expanding the group will have chart borders but no graphs.
  6. Resizing the browser/window will cause the graphs to render
