Add labels to Epic in GraphQL

Summary

Use GraphQL API to query Labels in an Epic. That will then be used on the Epic sidebar.

Improvements

• As part of the sidebar refactor, we will use the GraphQL API. We need the labels attribute added to Epic (it already is included in EpicIssue)
