Feedback when adding multiple labels from the same scope

Summary
We currently only allow one label per scope to be added to issues and merge requests, so there is no way that an issue could contain both devopsplan and devopscreate. However, when adding two of these labels via the sidebar or quick actions, there is no feedback or information to the user that only one of them got added.
This leads to situations where the user could either not even notice that his action did not result in the expected outcome, or where he has no way to understand and find out why only one of the two labels he selected got added.
