Add a histogram for cycle analytics

Problem to solve

Customers would like to understand their cycle time for each feature and understand how it compares over time. While we have a trend line, which is helpful for that, it would be great to have a histogram in order to understand with what probability would we have a specific feature with a certain weight shipped within a milestone. In the feature we can connect this to specific files associated with the commits in the MRs for that issue.
