The Web Interface showing an issue content shows stale data

I already faced a problem like this and made myself a fool, because the Web UI of GitLab showed me stale content, missing a comment I thought I wrote, but also showed a draft, thus I resent it and then the comment was there twice.

What I did:

  1. open an issue URL in a new tab (Firefox 67.0 used here)
  2. write a new comment to it and eventually add also a Label
  3. keep the tab opened and switch to another tab, maybe also from GitLab, with another issue; I had it in this state for few days, if it matters
  4. close the browser
  5. open the browser
  6. switch to the tab from the step 2)

Observer the comment is missing, but the label is shown. The browser suggests that some data had been passed between the server and the client, from which I'd expect it shows me an up-to-date content, but it doesn't.

This is with the GNOME instance and I just reproduce it (which is the reason why I write it here) on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/issues/611 .

It shows me this: before

But after I refresh the page (using F5 key), it shows this: after

Note the right column, where the Label 'Bug' was shown in both cases, which looks like only partial update had been made when I entered the tab the next time I opened the browser.
