Project export checkbox in the Admin Area doesn't seem to "belong"

The Admin Area includes a checkbox labelled "Project export enabled", located immediately after a section titled "Import sources". Because of its location, and the lack of a section heading, a user may easily overlook it, or assume it's associated with the Import function.

Proposal:

• Create a heading just for this option, and position the checkbox under that heading.
• Add a link to the associated documentation.
