  issue: I'm concerned about how tightly coupled our styles are to the layout of our elements. Let's create an issue to reevaluate if we can find a more maintainable approach:

  • Maybe we can use the utility classes (i.e. border-top) to replace this?
  • Maybe there's a way we can at least remove the sibling selector?
