Docs feedback: instructions for unreleased version

Link the doc and describe what is wrong with it.

I was trying to recreate the index for elastic search and saw the instructions for "Introduced in GitLab Starter 12.3." As of now the current version is 12.2.4.

I managed to configure elastic search, but it is very confusing to see instructions for unreleased versions of gitlab.
