Board List Label Persists After Issue is Closed

Summary

When an issue is closed outside of the Boards view, the Board's staging label (e.g. TODO or DOING) that corresponds to the list persists. I believe the intended behavior should be to remove this label when the issue is Closed inside or outside of the board action.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add an item to a list inside a board

2. Ensure that board's list label has been affixed to that issue

3. Close that issue outside of the board view

4. Confirm the board's list label is still affixed

5. Add an item to a list inside a board

6. Ensure that board's list label has been affixed to that issue

7. Close that issue inside the board view

8. Confirm the board's list label has been removed

Possible fixes

I believe that some users may not desire this behavior, therefore, it may be prudent to include a board setting or option on whether or not to have issues reflect changes outside of the board view. That would allow both the proposed functionality and the exiting to live concurrently for those who are accustom.

Regardless, I believe the current functionality is inconsistent and should be remedied. It makes additional work when issues are closed via commit messages and the TODO/DOING/ETC labels still reside on closed tickets.
