Create filter for moved issues in issue list

Problem to solve

Right now it's impossible to know from the issue list if an issue was closed because it's moved or because it's resolved.

Everybody who uses (moved) issues.

However we should add a filter for moved issues to the issue list (which only makes sense on the closed and all tab).
