Anthos Config Management project template

Problem to solve

I want GitLab users to have an easier on-boarding on Anthos Config Management (ACM), a Google Cloud product. ACM is a policy-as-code tool for Kubernetes. To achieve this, I want to create a GitLab project template with a skeleton ACM repository.

Intended users

Most likely, the people using this template will be CTOs, or managers in the IT department of the organization.
