Add ability for users to organize projects on the operations dashboard
Problem to solve
I was talking with a customer who was using the operations dashboard to manage 20+ projects. He was having a hard time searching for projects that he had added to the dashboard. This was especially difficult for him since each new added project shows up on the top.
The customer proposed the idea of rearranging the project cards in the operations dashboard as right now the user has to ctrl-f to find the desired project.
