Problem

UX microcopy is seldom reviewed/improved and yet it is a key opportunity to guide users in a concise, human way, at the right time and place, offering an improved user experience.

An example of UX microcopy is the following on the /environments/metrics page:

E.g. "Stay updated about the performance and health of your environment by configuring Prometheus to monitor your deployments."

UI labels are not included in this effort (e.g. menu items like "Choose a template")

Solution

Create a CSV or spreadsheet with columns for:

The text itself, the view or path where it appears, whether it's always displayed or conditional (e.g. when no issues exist on the Issues page), and a link back to its source file/line.

Create a follow-up issue for planning reviews of this content, prioritizing based on how frequently the given pages are viewed.
