Merge request: Assignee displayed over multiple lines

Summary

When selecting the Assignee for a merge request, every possible assignee is displayed by a template using three rows. In former versions every entry used a single line.

Steps to reproduce

Create or edit a merge request and select the assignee.

What is the current bug behavior?

Assignee template uses three rows

What is the expected correct behavior?

Assignee template should use one row again
