Remove or revert a commit from the merge request in UI

Problem to solve

I started a branch and created an MR to merge it to master. Someone made a new commit to that branch. I don't agree with that commit. I should be able to remove a single commit from a branch in the MR UI.

Further details

You can obviously do this locally and push the adjustments via a terminal or other IDE, but it would be nice to be able to do this in UI. A good example might be to use this after someone applied a suggestion that you don't agree with it.
