When viewing comments, occasionally the users profile picture will be out of place

Summary

When viewing the comments for an issue, especially ones with images/discussions/code snippets the profile picture will be misaligned and out of place. So far this has only been seen on the Microsoft Edge Browser when using the public dev preview (Chromium-based variant)

Steps to reproduce

Click on any issue and scroll down towards the comments to find one with a discussion, image or code snippet and observe that the UI is misplaced.

Move the mouse cursor over the "reactions" box on the comment from Craig.
