In gitlab helm charts, support for existingClaim
Most helm charts support passing an existingClaim, so that cluster operators can create claims separately where persistence is needed. This does not seem possible with current helm charts. Currently, gitlab chart offers what I consider as a relatively "complex" section on how to rebind the generic pvc to new volumes. Having the option to specificy "existingClaim" for all the susbsytem that require persistency would help.
