Monitor Business Metrics MVC

Problem to solve

It's great that I have custom, infrastructure and application performance metrics, but what I'm really interested in are business metrics. GitLab should enable by default business metrics if they meet certain basic patterns.

Because path is not available as a label in nginx Prometheus metrics, we should create a custom connector to parse nginx logs for app.url/signup and emit a custom metric for Prometheus to scrape when a log to that path is recorded as a default in Auto DevOps.
