Link Zoom call started in Slack to issue
Problem to solve
Starting a Zoom call from Slack is intuitive to users. We need to enable users to start a Zoom call from whereever they are working on the incident. This may be in GitLab or in Slack. To further streamling collaboration and communication - some of the team may be working in either place - we want access to a conf bridge to appear in both tools when started by a team member. People should not have to search for the link - it should be intuitively located either on the issue or in the appropriate Slack channel.

Proposal
When a user starts a zoom call for incident management in Slack, link the call to a GitLab issue. We may need to do this using a slash command or custom action.
