Tracking CI/CD is my main use case or changing settings of recently updated projects.

Proposal

Add a list of 3-5 recently updated projects in the initial dropdown render of the Projects button in the topbar (topleft). Also a big paginated page, containing most recently updated projects would help allot. This overview page should be accessed by the section in the above mentioned render.
