Change the default project sort

Problem to solve

Actually the default sort for the project is by date, and we would like to have an option to set the preferred default sort. It is small thing but it is very annoying for daily user work in GitLab.

Intended users

All GitLab users

Proposal

• The user should be able to set the default sort for the projects OR
• Whatever the sort that the user selected, this should be kept for the whole session.
