Cluster form: Zone vs. Region

The GitLab form for entering the details of a cluster asks for a Zone, while the google cloud documentation refers to a Region https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/regions-zones/.

When selecting from the dropdown, you are technically choosing the region and zone. For example, europe-west4 is a region that has 4 zones in it.

This can be confusing for users who may not be familiar with these terms. Look into how we may improve the UI to be more clear for users.
