Delay in expanding diff link

Clicking the diff link to expand/collapse the changes in an MR takes longer than 10 seconds and may sometimes take up to 30 seconds to function.

Simply go to the changes tab in an MR and click the > or ↓ to replicate the problem.

It takes over 10 seconds to load the diff window for that file.

It should expand the diff window to expand/collapse right away.
