While investigating or collaborating in an issue, users require the ability share knowledge and information with teammates as well as keep the issue up-to-date so that they can communicate the status of the incident to stakeholders. Today users link to external Grafana dashboards.

• When investigating an Incident Issue, I want to consume as much relevant context as I can in the Incident so I don't have to switch between applications.
• When collaborating with others on an Incident Issue, I want to quickly share as much data as I can so that everyone can stay engaged and up to date directly in the issue.

Outline solutions(s) that address an ideal state which addresses the problem for the user. This should then be broken down into manageable pieces that allows the engineering to deliver a suitable MVC.
