Closing the MR diff file tree pushes the file list over the right sidebar in IE11

When the file tree is open, it correctly aligns the tree and the file list in the main body in IE11.

However, when you close the tree browser, the entire section shifts right dramatically, overlapping the right sidebar.

The file list (and the control bar contents) are all pushed to the right, overlapping the right sidebar.

The file area shouldn't overlap other sections, and the control bar should remain stationary when the tree is toggled.
