Audit logs for CI / CD variables

Problem to solve

We would like any changes made to CI / CD variables through the GitLab UI at either the group, subgroup, and/or project level to be output to a log feature such as Audit Events.

Further details

This will help us in alerting/tracking if anyone changes any CICD variables. Currently this is not logged to if pipeline fails because of this then we are not able to track down who and what was updated.
