Admins can delete projects without typing in project name for confirmation

Summary

When deleting a project from the admin panel, you can type anything in the confirmation box and hit the Enter key on your keyboard. Doing so will result in the project being deleted.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a test project
  2. As an admin, navigate to /admin/projects (Admin Area > Projects)
  3. Click the delete button for the test project
  4. Type anything in the confirmation box
  5. Hit the enter key on your keyboard

What is the current bug behavior?

The project gets deleted without typing the actual project name in the confirmation box.

What is the expected correct behavior?

You should need to type the full project name before it will delete.
