Add "Connection Status" and "Cluster Health" to Elasticsearch GitLab indices

In a conversation around the Elasticsearch Admin UI, @mwasilewski-gitlab mentioned that it would be a huge improvement with minimal effort to also display the connection status and cluster health for each GitLab index.

A first mockup would look like this, but we would have to go deeper into what the different states, potential error messages and solutions for these would be.
