Some existing project repositories started to 404

Summary

We discovered today that we get 404s accessing some projects on our Gitlab instance although the repositories weren't deleted and they're still present on the filesystem and don't seem to have issues, git fsck ran without issues. git pull also returns > GitLab: The project you were looking for could not be found..

What is the current bug behavior?

Accessing existing non-deleted projects returns a 404 not found page and git pull returns:

> GitLab: The project you were looking for could not be found.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

What is the expected correct behavior?

We should be able to existing them as they exist on the filesystem.
