Add implementation details to list of unreplicated types

The following discussion from gitlab-ce!31261 should be addressed:

    WDYT about adding a | Notes | column and using that to add links etc where the feature is unsupported, or WIP?

    Having the Notes column would also allow the Replicated and Verified columns to simply have a Yes or No which I feel will look cleaner.
