Collapse replies versus Toggle thread in merge requests confusing...

It's a little confusing when there are discussions on code and replies to a comment when in a merge request. For example:

Both are "resolvable", and in fact have a "Resolve thread" or "Unresolve thread" when opened. But the collapse control is in a totally different place (upper right versus lower left). The status is shown for replies but not the thread. While trying to collapse the replies, I kept looking for a "Toggle thread" control, in the upper right, because that's what all the other threads were using. I consider a code discussion or just replies to a comment as being the same. Since they are both resolvable, then I think they should look and act the same.
