Proposal: move "Save Changes" button to the right side (and/or swap it with the 'delete' button)

Almost deleting issues every time I go to edit the description

Most design patterns have the 'save' button on the right, next to the 'cancel' button. putting delete there makes my brain freak out every time because I almost hit delete and then realize it's a delete button and hit 'save changes' instead.

Proposal
