Ability to disable word wrap in MergeRequest code review

Proposal

Not all users have super wide monitors. During code review, some parts of code is moved to a new line.

This looks bad and degrades code readability.

Please add the ability (checkbox) to turn off word wrap and provide the ability to scroll horizontally through the code.
