Solution Validation New Web IDE

Problem

As we begin to evaluate moving to a new containerized Web IDE there are increased challenges for GitLab operators as they'll need to attach additional compute to their GitLab instances. This may be challenging or impractical for some GitLab instances and current functionality would be lost if this was the only option for a robust Web IDE.

"If we were to provide a Web IDE with X,Y,Z additional benefits above and beyond the current Web IDE, but it required a Kubernetes cluster how would you feel?"
