Scoped labels question mark falls down on milestone view

Summary

When viewing the milestone page, scoped labels that are shown have the question mark inside the label dropped.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an issue with a scoped label
  2. Assign to a new milestone
  3. Open the milestone view to see the question mark dropped
