Google will not allow me to register

Like the title says; I am unable to register for an account on GitLab. After filling all the registration fields. Clicking the box preceding the I am not a robot. Nothing happens. Then clicking the green button below that, to proceed, returns a red dialog box at the top of the page indicating that something went wrong with the (Google) recaptcha. After which, nothing further is possible. I was unable to discover anything within the GitLab TOS (Terms Of Service) requiring that one must already be registered with a Google service to obtain GitLab privileges. Has anything recently changed that hasn't yet been committed to the TOS?

Do note; as a result of all this. I was unable to inform GitLab there was a problem. I was forced to logon with a friends account to make this bug report. I would also consider this a bug in the Bug Reporting process (being unable to report a bug [with registration] without already being a registered user).
