Move issue search box not displaying the target project path

Summary

User attempts to move an issue from one project to another using the "Move issue" button on the right hand panel. The search box never shows the target project when user tries to search for it. User has owner access on both Source and target projects. Project visibility is set to "Public" on both projects.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to issue
2. Select "Move issue" from right hand panel
3. Type path name of project to move to
4. Path name never shows up in search

What is the current bug behavior?

New path to move issue never shows up in search.

What is the expected correct behavior?

New path to move issue is displayed and can be selected in search when moving issue.
