Error 404 occurs when 'Create Issue' in v9.4.1

Upgrade to v9.4.1, I cannot create any issue to any project. Click the Issue button and select a project, URL redirected to: https://base url/user/project/undefined with 404 error. And I tried to change 'undefined' to 'issues/new' then it works. why I got a undefined issue url?
