It's not always easy to see where you are in the hierarchy of docs

For a given page in the docs (ex: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/topics/autodevops/#custom-helm-chart), there is a good chance the highlighted link in the left-hand menu that corresponds to it is below the fold.
Proposal
Make the menu auto-scroll to the location of the highlighted menu item corresponding to the current page.
Permissions and Security
One would need to trigger the auto-scroll after page render. I can't think of any security issue.
