Re-ordering of task lists

An interesting capability would be allowing the user to re-order items in a task list from within the rendered view. I just discovered GitHub allows this.

Ideally we would want to do it like our clickable task list items, updating the underlying markdown without having to re-render the entire markdown field, which can be slow.
