Git lfs and "access level.KB/s" issue

Hi,

I failed to push some files using git lfs

the limit is 10Gb https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/admin_area/settings/account_and_limit_settings.html here we're talking about only 5Gb

any idea where the issue comes from? and how to resolve it?
