Problem to solve

Large enterprise customers that may have more than one SSO provider that they want to configure.

One example use case is when subcontractors are working on a specific project within an SSO enabled group. They would like to configure the subcontractor's SSO provider at that level.

Proposal

Allow SSO to be configured at the subgroup level.
