UI for Code Quality MR Widget Violation grouping

Problem to solve

As a developer reviewing an MR with code quality violations, I want to know what new issues need resolved first, so I can keep the quality / readability of the project as simple as possible.

Proposal

After sorting by severity and grouping by file/category in the MR widget we should add some UI to call out this grouping and make it easier to spot.
