As a user using pages (wither getting started with pages or a member in the group) I would like to get a sense of what pages is and whether I have it configured.

Created a Pages entry
When a user navigates to this page, the will reach a page that display our current pages templates (1st iteration)
This page should also support a URL to navigate to this page directly
