Do not collapse directory information in file tree
Problem to solve
When using the file tree in a merge request diff, the smart directory collapsing https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/24392 collapses too much information by using ellipses ... when the path becomes long. This means that it is very hard to read the file tree.
Wrap it, or add a tooltip that opens immediately.

Disable the ellipses logic. People can just make the tree wider if they need.
