Real User Monitoring

Problem to solve

We have a proposal to provide support for synthetic monitoring (synthetic transactions modeled from user behavior) but we should also add support for Real User Monitoring whereby a client-side script provides real user experience feedback to centralized monitoring systems which can be alerted on.
