Identify Moved Issues in Webhook

Summary

When moving an Issue from one Project to another one, there is no Chance to indicate in the Webhook-Event of the moved Issue, whether it was moved or not. It's just a Close-Event

Steps to reproduce

Create a Webhook für Issues and move an Issue from one Project to another one. You only will get a Close-Event fired, but I cannot see any information about the Moved-State.

What is the current bug behavior?

No chance to indicate a moved Issue.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Some kind of Moved-State would be great.
