Docs feedback: Metrics report only available after pipeline finished

It would be great when the documentation could say that the metrics are exposed to the merge request view only after the pipeline completed. It doesn't seem to matter whether the metrics were uploaded already in the first stage of the pipeline.

This is different to the code coverage, which is exposed immediately, when a job provides coverage metrics.

So my first thought was: "The feature is not working for me."

Proposal

• Add documentation to the metrics reports page that a pipeline must be complete for the merge request widget to render.
• Create an issue to change this to the job must be complete if it does not exist.
