Spinbox allows negative vaules.

For Admin Settings -> General,

Spinbox gui controls allow negative value entry. A negative check should be nice. (If it is a problem ? I am not sure if negative numbers mean/represent something else that I don't know) I did not check other spinboxes generally, but similar problem may exists for other ui elements.
